If you are charged for a paid subscription and are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will issue a full refund for that billing period.

Cancellations after 14 days

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time after the 14-day window, except where required by law.

Annual plans

Annual subscriptions are eligible for the same 14-day money-back guarantee. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable except where required by law.

How to request a refund
