By creating an account or using GrowRabbitAI ("the service"), you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use the service.
Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor, Paddle.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Prices and features may change with reasonable notice.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, attempt to break security, reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate any law. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Your data
You own the data you enter. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to provide the service to you.
Service availability
We work hard to keep the service available but it is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice.
